When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us your order number and a clear photo of the issue at [customtagsandtees@aol.com], and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?

What is "package tracking" in my orders?
